Contractor Administration
In our modern world, there is a contractor for everything. No matter what type of site or community you manage, we deal with contractors
on a daily basis and the responsibility of maintaining order is incredible. The liability alone is enough to keep everyone awake at night.
Through Asterix, contractors have a place just like residents or employees. Contractors are even able to download the same APP provided
to the residents so that a prole is built and information can be uploaded.
This same APP allows a contractor to; Maintain an individual prole for entering the community, Request access, Upload pertinent
insurance documentation, See the rules and regulations of the community regarding contractors
Unit Directory
Our unit director is unique in that it allows for complex
organizations. Most management software is designed to
look at one building or one HOA. The only solution is
separate contracts if you have a second building, multiple
HOAs within one community, or several office buildings in
one complex.
What if you have a gatehouse or offer visitor screening for
the entire property? Well, that’s another contract… and
more importantly, another database to maintain.

different locations. Each unit would be separated by
location and kept private. However, each gatehouse has
access to the information needed for visitor screening.

information we need to run a background. With individual permission and a processing fee, managers are able to receive background
information needed for screening.
